Please read carefully

As we are so small - just 4 units - to confirm bookings of 4 nights or less, we require payment in full.

Longer reservations are confirmed with a 25% deposit after determining availability. Provided that the reservation is more than 1 month prior to arrival this may be by personal cheque. Alternatively the deposit can be paid either by credit card, cash, traveller's cheques or money order . The balance, which is due on arrival, may be paid by credit card,  cash, traveller's cheques or bank international money order. 

Our deposits are ONLY refundable upon rebooking the dates so we strongly recommend that all our guests take out travel insurance which should be available from your local travel agent if you are not already covered on homeowner's insurance or through your credit card. We can offer help with transportation  from either the Road Town ferry dock or the airport to your accommodations upon request.

We will assist you in making car rental arrangements if you wish.

Check-in is 3.00pm  Check-out time is 10am, unless otherwise arranged.
