Please read carefully

Reservations are confirmed with a 25% deposit after determining availability. Provided that the reservation is more than 1 month prior to arrival this may be by personal cheque. Alternatively the deposit can be paid either by credit card, cash, traveller's cheques or money order . The balance, which is due on arrival, may be paid by credit card for stays longer than 5 nights. Otherwise it must be either by cash, traveller's cheques or bank international money order. 

Our deposits are refundable upon rebooking the dates.
 
We strongly recommend that all our guests take out travel insurance which should be available from your local travel agent. If not we suggest the following numbers for more information

We offer help with transportation  from either the Road Town ferry dock or the airport to your accommodations upon request.

We will assist you in making car rental arrangements if you wish.
Check-in is 3.00pm  Check-out time is 10am, unless otherwise arranged.
